All orders shipped within the US are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. This method usually takes 2-5 business days with prices starting at $4.85.

All international orders are shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail. This method usually takes 7-14 business days with prices starting at $10 (US Dollars). Please note that international shipping prices do not include custom/duties which may be levied on your order upon entry to destination country.

Dutch Trade Shop accepts American Express, Visa and Mastercard. Orders shipped within the state of California will have local/state sales tax added at the end of their order.

Dutch Trade Industries maintains practices and procedures designed to ensure the security, integrity and confidentiality of customer information. We will never sell or give your information to a third party/marketers, surveys or mailing lists of any kind.
In addition, we do not inundate our customers with unsolicited sales emails (SPAM). While we do maintain a mailing list to promote our latest products and special promotions, as a customer you will not receive these emails unless you choose to subscribe to it.

When credit card information is transmitted online, we use security measures called SSL (secure socket layer) encryption and we do not retain any credit card information/numbers.

You can rest assured that all online communications are secure while the information is being transmitted.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase within 14 days of the delivery date. And now returns are easier than ever. Simply email us using the form below or call customer service
(310) 729-1890 (9am - 5pm PST m-f). We'll supply you with a printable pre-addressed/postage paid label that you can affix and drop in any USPS mailbox.

All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging for an exchange/return to be processed. Be sure to indicate whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange. Refunds, less shipping costs, will be made the day we receive your merchandise.
